Leaders Consult Ghana offers the following services;
Social Entrepreneurship
We will organize entrepreneurial events and programs to teach a specifically targeted geographical area skills sets and vocational training that our professional trainers, researchers and policy advisors have researched to indicate that will be the right fit in changing the fortunes of the citizenry.
Business Consultancy
We will offer business consultancy to private businesses, corporations, governmental institutions and anyone who may call on us to provide our expertise and research data for their use.
CSR Management
We will partner with private businesses and corporations as well as anyone who will want to initiate Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in whatever geographical location their business resides, or they choose to start a social outreach program.
Event Management
We will provide event management services to private businesses, corporations or anyone else who may be in need of our services.
Buying & Selling
We will buy and sell items, products or services we feel will help our general and ultimate cause.

Import & Export
We will offer import and export services that we will deem a great fit to our ultimate business goals.

Some of our flagship programs that
we organize are described below;
The Skill Up Initiative (SUI)
A day to two weeks multi-skills empowerment initiative organized for our target communities. Here we come into an agreement with our partners/clients to identify, organize resources and deliver a specific skill set to women and youth in a community of its choice (usually our partner’s host community or neighbour) as a means of promoting entrepreneurship/creation of local businesses and job opportunities.
Safe Community Initiative (SCI)
A pilot project of Leaders Consult for schools, the SCI is a platform for educating and training senior high as well as college students on a variety of issues/skills – usually soft technology skills. The project partners professional bodies whose members are willing to volunteer their time and expertise to impart these young people on drug abuse, career goals, web design, green jobs, et al. The SCI is particularly ideal for clients whose line of business requires that it carries out social impact investments targeted at the students’ population.
The Win Build Project
Designed for political clients (government agencies or representatives), it addresses a wide range of community issues ranging from health, environment, unemployment, et al. Here, Leaders Consult under contract with the client/partner steps into a community, studies what needs it has that can be addressed by the client’s office, designs and implements specific intervention projects to address those needs. The interventions may range from infrastructure like working on access to portable clean water, building a local library system to raising a community-specific awareness sanitation.
The Lift Project
A social initiative designed for churches or Christian organizations who are passionate about contributing to the material well-being of their communities (aside preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ) by sponsoring empowerment outreaches for women, youths, or boot camps for public school students as a means of complimenting efforts made at the classroom towards higher literacy.
Our other services include campaign design, organization and management as well as multiple public policy advocacy initiatives across various sectors (agriculture, health, science research, among others)
