Ajara Maamie Martinson, affectionately called “AJ” is a social entrepreneur with a great passion for increasing social value by looking out for a need in society and reaching out to meet that need. Thus solving social problems through innovative and sustainable ways.

She has an impressive working experience in diplomacy, local governance, social work, investment promotion, public relations, and management accounting.

She holds a Post Graduate Degree in Public Administration from GIMPA and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon.

She has won several awards for her outstanding contributions to souls development, partnership, mentorship, grooming, women & youth empowerment, and community development initiatives.

She has held several leadership positions over the years and has traveled to some selected African and Asian countries representing Ghana at various levels.

Aside from being the CEO and Founder of Leaders Consult Ghana Ltd, She is currently the Coordinator for The Haven Millennials Network (Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs between the ages of 18-30 in Christ Embassy Accra Ghana Zone).
She is also the United Nations Youth Ambassador for Ga South Municipality in the Greater Accra Region.
